"As an avid equestrian and a person who has loved and handled horses all my life, I was a bit naive as to what my Swan Center workshop would offer me. However from the onset of my day, I discovered how I projected myself in the world and the true impact of my thoughts, actions on myself and the world around me. Through interactions with the horses and the leaders of the class, I discovered avenues to better communicate with myself and others to create positive outcomes.
